For example, in our computer section we explain in plain English, and many pictures, all the parts and most of the phrases used on a

daily basis. We warn you about all the nasties on the net, and we link you to the best free software available.

The finance section has a large collection of questions with answers provided by a well-known financial advisor, and we expose many

scams and financial pitfalls.

We provide you with bundles of pages on health, short stories, humour, tips & tricks, travel, our famous Silver Poet competition and

much, much more.

Our very active forum consists of members of our own age group. In the forum we really get down to business in promoting our slogan  

We exchange ideas and views on many subjects solving the entire World’s problems, and you can get immediate advice in case your

computer is misbehaving. Presently, we are offering some 80 plus word and strategy games all of which do involve you and your grey

matter and your interaction with other forum members. Membership is absolutely free and there are no obligations, but you do need to

register and agree to our rules before you can participate.

As you can see we are trying to provide information and advice which will assist a large portion of the population regardless if they are

rich, poor, healthy, sick, young or elderly.  It doesn't matter if you are 18 or 100 plus years old you can assist us towards improving

someone's life. As a regular visitor or contributor your participation will keep this site alive. In the process, it will ensure that your

‘grey matter’ will not become too lazy but rather stays active for many more years to come.
