                                                            " Computers are incredibly fast,
                                                               accurate and stupid.
                                                               Human beings are incredibly slow,
                                                               inaccurate and brilliant.
                                                               Together they are powerful beyond
                                                               imagination !"

The fear of clicking the wrong button is the main reason for mature people to find an excuse not to use the 'animal'. However, your 5 year old grandchild has mastered the computer already and is surfing around the World Wide Web just like a professional IT engineer.
Now, come on, you can't let that happen, can you?

Lose the fear and give it a good try, take it slowly and try not to panic………see, it is very simple. It will take a day or two, perhaps a week, and you will be hooked and will be rushing out to get your own computer. Next time when you will be challenged by your grandchild to a game on the computer, you will be laying bets that you are as good as anybody.
Well, maybe it will take a little longer, but please lose your fear now.

Our website would like you to learn as fast as you can, which will give you a chance to come and visit us over and over again.
Here you can learn about many interesting things, and you will also get a much better appreciation of computers.
We feature assistance with some computer problems, hints and suggestions on how to keep your computer in good health and how to give it a regular clean up. Ideas and suggestions about virus control, unwanted e-mails and also some leads to avoid being hacked.

In our FORUM we provide free assistance to members on a large variety of
computer problems. Become a forum member (it's free) and help us helping others who may have unwanted problems with their computers.

If you do have a hiccup with your computer, you only need to identify your
problem clearly and tell us some basic information about your system, like:

Your operating system - (Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP, VISTA)
Your e-mail client         - (Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora etc)

Your main browser          -  (Internet Explorer 6,7 or Firefox, Opera etc)
Your built-in RAM            -  (Total and available Memory, if possible)

Regretfully, we can no longer provide e-mail advice on computer problems due to time restraints and frequent abuse of the assistance given by our
volunteers.

Nevertheless, we sincerely hope that your computer will remain free of problems, and that you will be able to enjoy the WWW each and every day!
