Quinlivan is a notorious property marketeering scammer who has previously been convicted and charged with fraud. This time Mr.Quinlivan is apparently marketing overpriced homes with Gold Coast based company Scottsdale Homes. This company is claiming that they have only a very small marketing department, yet they operate via a Call Centre in India. There main tricks are cold calling, free investment seminars and cheap flights to Queensland for interstate investors.
