LETTERS "We do not write because we want to; we write because we have to !" W. Somerset Maugham (1874 - 1965) In this section our visitors will have an opportunity to put their ideas in black
& white for everybody to see and we mean ---- everybody! You will need to be pretty careful with your wording and avoid the possibility of legal action for libellous or defamatory statements. You have probably heard that we are now in the "Claim Age", and that some of the greedy people out in the open will take you for every cent at the slightest opportunity. Speak up and don't be shy, but please be careful! We intend to publish your letters, whatever the subject may be, and with or without your name and address (it's your choice)! LETTERS differs from our GRIPES department in as much as they do not necessarily refer to claims or disputes, but rather to editorial comments, media reports, political issues, religious concerns or world issues. Sometimes letters can really open up our eyes, because we had not thought about the project as deeply as the writer. Letters can change our opinions about many issues and hence they serve a real purpose in easing our minds and concerns. Your regular contributions are welcome and appreciated.
