I already do a few of these that were recommended by physio after a hip replacement but I can see a few others that might also benefit me.

I've performed a 20 minute exercise program 6 mornings a week (after a warm up), for the last 45 years.(with occasional lapses).
Your video shows a lot more variety for fitness, so I'll look into it.
Variety also helps against boredom from sameness.
