I couldn't get the calculator to accept my current age correctly, so this is 2 or 3 years out!
My Results

Your predicted future healthy years is 2.8 Years
Your Relative Healthy Life Expectancy is about 25.8% below Average
Your predicted future unhealthy years is 4.1 Years
Your predicted future total years of living is 7.0 Years i.e. Your predicted age at death is 85 + 7.0 (Current Age + Life Expectancy) = 92 Years
Your predicted future unhealthy years, if disabled by a cognitive disease, is 6.6 Years

How does my lifestyle affect my Healthy Life Expectancy?

By exercising more you can increase your healthy life expectancy by 24.78% which is about 8.4 months
By moving your BMI into a healthier range you can increase your healthy life expectancy by 16.77% which is about 5.7 months
By sleeping more each night you can increase your healthy life expectancy by 20.81% which is about 7.0 months
Your alcohol consumption has little effect on your healthy life expectancy
Not smoking has a positive impact on your healthy life expectancy
I dream, therefore I am.

Unfortunately, for many, the first symptom of serious health issues in later life is simply sudden death.

Oh well, that's another lot of my personal details I've sent out on to the interweb.
Good thing is I've only got another 10.7 years to hang around waiting to get my identity stolen or my AI self to turn up............or 11.2 years if I get more sleep.

I have another 13.8 years to live. Add another 2.8 if I stopped drinking (yeah, right). I've marked my expected death on the calendar, and if I'm still alive after that I shall tell them how wrong they were, but if I cark it before then I shall be stymied. Perhaps my ghost will infiltrate their system and knock it offline.
